I ran into Dan's website while searching to purchase life insurance for my family and myself. I had requested some information and he called me the very next day. Dan not only patiently listened to my needs but also asked me relevant questions I had never thought about. He simplified for me the complicated insurance and financial concepts in a "simple to understand" language to make sure I did not misunderstand him. I knew he was doing a thorough job when he presented me with a bunch of options on the table (more than I asked for).  I never felt any pressure to buy from him but yet he wanted to make sure I understood ALL my options (I did end up purchasing from him...why wouldn't I??) I’ve encountered a lot of “salesy” insurance reps out there who are always at the ready with a canned response, just hoping to snag you with what you want to hear. I want a straight shooter who cares about MY situation and understands ME. After working with Coverage Alliance I’m not sure why anyone would go elsewhere, unless you’re more interested in just fishing for fun or playing a game. Insurance is serious, but doesn’t need to be tedious. Integrity and honesty is what I got out of it, and a lot of education as to why my previous insurance was working more for the Insursnce company than for me. Wish I’d found them several years ago.
